We want to make buying or leasing a used car from Arval as easy and convenient as possible.
Here are the options we can offer to support you in finding your next car.
Finance (Purchase only)
If you’re keen to buy a car, rather than lease, but still want to spread the cost, we can help. Arval UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (under reference number 312798) to act as a credit broker. We can refer you to Evolution Funding Limited, a credit broker that has access to a range of finance options provided by their approved panel of lenders. It’s easy to apply - simply choose your preferences in the finance calculator (which is on every vehicle page) and click ‘Apply Now’.
We don’t charge fees to introduce customers for finance, but we do receive commission. This will be a set percentage of the amount you borrow and it doesn’t affect the amount you pay under the finance agreement. Finance is subject to status and you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over to apply.
Maintenance Package (lease only)
The Arval Maintenance package allows you to spread the cost of service, maintenance, and repair work across the duration of your contract, meaning you avoid any sizeable one-off costs and potentially higher prices due to inflation. All work is also carried out by our trusted network of suppliers.

Arval Maintenance covers:
- Routine servicing
- Maintenance and repairs
- Premium tyres - subject to Arval's Fair Wear and Tear Policy
- Batteries
- Breakdown cover
- Exhausts - not down to driver abuse or neglect
- Worn items e.g. brake pads, gear box etc - not down to driver abuse or neglect
Arval Maintenance doesn’t cover:
- Glass and windscreens
- Accident damage
- Driver neglect (e.g. not topping up the oil)
- Misfuelling
- Missing items such as keys, locking wheel nuts and electric vehicle charger leads
- Damage or replacement caused by driver neglect
Arval Total Care (lease only)
The name says it all, the Total Care package provides you with an insured vehicle that you simply have to put fuel in and drive, we take care of everything else.

Your Total Care lease vehicle includes as standard: Third Party Insurance Cover, Own Damage Protection, including Fire and Theft, Glass Damage Protection, Maintenance, Tyres, Breakdown Assistance and Accident Management.
Warranty (Purchase only)
Because unexpected repairs can be costly, a warranty gives you financial protection and peace of mind from day one.
Your Arval vehicle comes with a 6-month warranty provided by MotorEasy. Your car will be covered from the day you receive it!

How it works?
- All the details of your warranty will be accessible on the Portal.
- Some exclusion apply and this is all explained in the policy document.
- If you experience an issue, you can make a claim by calling the MotorEasy Claims Department.
Extend the warranty? It’s possible!
- You can choose to extend the warranty for 12, 24 or 36 months as soon as you receive the contract following the purchase of the car.
- You also have the option to extend it at the end of the term.
